Warranty and Legal Statement

Warranty

The following warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied, and applies to all Innovative Signs, Inc. products:

Specifically, Innovative Signs, Inc. disclaims any warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose and manufacturer's/seller's only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective. Innovative Signs, Inc. shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. The foregoing may not be altered except by an agreement signed by officers of Innovative Signs, Inc.

Legal Statement

Customer comments presented by Innovative Signs, Inc. via all forms of media including but not limited to web sites, PDF brochures, etc., were provided by actual customers, voluntarily, and without compensation of any kind. They were also provided without solicitation, which leads us to believe they represent the typical experiences of average customers. Are we perfect? Absolutely not. We are human, and we have made mistakes that resulted in unhappy customers. Thankfully, those mistakes were rare and are therefore considered far from typical.
